QuickMove Technologies (“QuickMove”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides integrated logistics software solutions including Freight Forwarding Software, NVOCC Software, Warehouse Management System, Transport Management System, Moving & Removal Software, Customer Service Portal, Mobile Survey App, Digital Inventory App, billing workflows, and AI-enabled logistics automation.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to information collected through QuickMove websites, SaaS products, customer portals, mobile applications, support channels, integrations, training, implementation, and business communications.
For customer operational data processed inside QuickMove systems, the customer normally acts as the data controller or business owner, and QuickMove acts as a data processor, service provider, or technology partner depending on the contract and applicable law.

3. Information We Collect

Account & Contact Data

Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, login details, user roles, permissions, and account preferences.

Operational Data

Shipment records, enquiries, job orders, customer/vendor/agent records, warehouse and inventory data, transport data, invoices, billing data, documents, and workflow information.

Technical & Usage Data

IP address, device details, browser type, operating system, access timestamps, login activity, application logs, error logs, and usage analytics.

Location Data

Where enabled, mobile apps may collect location data for survey tracking, field activity, trip monitoring, delivery tracking, transport execution, or similar operational use cases.

4. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve QuickMove products and services.
  • To manage accounts, users, roles, permissions, subscriptions, renewals, and support.
  • To process freight, warehouse, transport, moving, billing, customer portal, mobile app, and operational workflows.

5. Customer Data Ownership

Customer operational data entered into QuickMove systems belongs to the customer. QuickMove does not claim ownership over customer business data. We process customer data to deliver contracted services, provide support, maintain security, and perform authorized operational activities.

6. AI and Automation

QuickMove may offer AI-enabled features such as document extraction, vendor invoice reading, enquiry processing, job order automation, shipment data interpretation, and workflow assistance.

Customer data processed through AI-enabled features is used to provide the requested service. QuickMove does not sell customer data and does not use customer data to train public AI models unless specifically agreed in writing.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Our website and applications may use cookies, session identifiers, analytics tools, and similar technologies for login sessions, security, performance, analytics, preferences, and user experience. Users may control cookies through browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect functionality.

8. Data Sharing and Subprocessors

We do not sell personal data. Customers may request data export or deletion subject to contractual, operational, backup, and legal limitations.

QuickMove applies administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These may include access controls, authentication, encryption where applicable, audit logs, backups, monitoring, secure hosting practices, and internal controls.

12. User Rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request portability of their personal data. Requests may be sent to admin@quickmovetech.com. Where QuickMove processes data on behalf of a customer, we may direct the request to the relevant customer.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have proper authority, consent, legal basis, and internal policies to upload, process, and manage data through QuickMove systems. Customers are also responsible for managing users, passwords, roles, permissions, and internal access controls.

14. Children’s Privacy

QuickMove services are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
